General Description

  • Determine which parts need to be cut/formed based upon production schedule
  • Retrieve appropriate part(s)
  • Perform cutting or forming task according to specifications on the print
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are being maintained
  • Perform clean-up operations as required for the work area

  • Completion of a trade school Machinist program or 3+ years experience

General Description

  • Review Blue Print & Work Order
  • Load program required to machine the part, and make any required adjustments
  • Perform machining operations
  • Inspect and measure parts to ensure they match the print
  • Label part(s) and place in required location for production operations
  • Perform clean-up operations as required for the work area

General Description

  • Move & Sort Parts and Materials, placing them on proper pallets or locations
  • Use grinders, chipper & other tools to prepare the surfaces of steel parts for production operations or painting
  • Check parts for proper alignment, and make minor adjustments, as required to produce a quality product
  • Perform clean-up operations as required for the work area

  • Proficient welder (MIG)
    • Formal Training or previous experience preferred
  • Ability to read blue prints
  • Ability to adjust welder to achieve Quality welds within specifications
  • Hand-Eye Coordination
  • Ability to lift up to 75#

General Description

  • Obtain parts and blue print for product to be manufactured
  • Build product to shape (using tack welds), following specifications in the print
  • Weld product according to the print.
    • Welds will include single and multiple pass.
    • Weld sizes must be maintained
  • Inspect all welds for quality
    • If bad welds are identified, they must be cut out and repaired
  • Scrape spatter from part
  • Perform clean-up operations as required for the work area
